VACANCY FOR A PRE-SCHOOL MANAGER
Do you have a Level 3 in Childcare or above? Do you love working in EYFS and appreciate the whole child approach? We are looking for a passionate Pre-school Manager to join our friendly team!
As part of the role, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of outstanding education and care to our Pre-school children (aged 2-5). You will ensure that our EYFS curriculum is planned and delivered in a creative and fun way, with the intellectual, emotional, physical and social development of each child in mind. You will be in charge of the efficient day to day running and administration of the Pre-school and will ensure that a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment is provided, both indoors and outdoors. You will work closely with the Head Teacher and EYFS/KS1 class teachers to develop and promote a clear vision to continue to grow our little Pre-school and will regularly monitor and evaluate its performance and provision.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or above and substantial experience working in an EYFS setting, with a thorough understanding of the EYFS Framework and proven practical experience of planning and delivering good quality learning opportunities.
You will be of a calm and caring nature, with excellent verbal communication skills and an ability to build relationships with children and adults alike. You will also have good literacy and numeracy skills, as well as strong organisational and administrative skills.
